Why are you doing this for free?

It’s a good question. There are a couple of reasons. Firstly, I know what it's like to live with anxiety, and it's not fun. What you learn will make a real difference. I’m a coach and therapist, and I care about helping people to live lives they love - (it’s not a selfless thing really - it's just what I love doing).

Secondly, a small percentage of people who watch the on-demand class may contact me later to get my help to speed up their results and progress. So for me, it’s a way that my future private clients might discover me. That said, there is nothing to buy at the online class. Nothing for sale. And I won’t hold back.
